Dr. Carolyn McKee grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She received her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, and then completed a one-year internship at Bay Area Veterinary Specialists in San Leandro, California. Dr. McKee later returned to Pennsylvania and worked as a small animal veterinarian in the local area. She then found a home for her passion for feline medicine at The Cat Doctor and loves being part of this team.
Dr. McKee loves discussing all aspects of feline medicine with her clients. Particular interests include challenging internal medicine cases, nutrition, and providing care for senior kitties.
Dr. McKee currently resides in a Philadelphia suburb with her son and cat, Kahlua. Outside of work, she can be found at her son's soccer games, crafting, and at the New Jersey shore.
