Meet Our Administrative Staff

Client Service Representatives

When you enter the hospital you will be greeted with a smile by our very friendly Client Care Providers. These are the members of our team that will take care of setting up your appointments and reminding you when to visit. These wonderful people up front are part of the heart and soul of our organization.

FD_NiCoria

Ni’Coria Seay

Ni’Coria has worked as a client service representative in veterinary hospitals since 2012. She started in this field at the ASPCA Animal Hospital in New York City, developing her customer service skills and animal medical knowledge. She moved to Philadelphia in 2015 to be closer to family and in her search for another compassionate animal hospital, she found The Cat Doctor. The customer service focus at The Cat Doctor is about treating clients and their pets like family, while providing the best medical care, so she knew she was in the right place. She cares deeply about pets and their owners; going above and beyond to assist in their treatment. In her spare time she loves cooking, reading, crocheting, and lives with her boxer, Mr. Wiggles.

FD_Anderson

Anderson Spears

As a Florida native, Anderson nurtured his love of nature as a certified horticultural specialist. He was able to hone his customer relation skills while working at Tallahassee Nurseries, Tallahassee’s largest and oldest nursery. To satisfy his thirst for knowledge, he earned an associates degree with a focus in typography and eventually added animal wellness to his repertoire when he was offered a position at a small, local animal facility as customer service representative. In his free time, he is an avid video gamer and attends fan fests, conferences and competitions whenever he can. Anderson and his husband are enjoying living in the city with their dog Abernathy, a precocious dachshund who secretly loves the smells Anderson brings home from work.

FD_Michaela

Michaela Weber

Michaela is originally from Anaheim California but spent the majority of her childhood in Florida. She moved to Philadelphia in 2014 and has spent most of her time here working at the SPCA. She learned a lot from her time there including canine and feline behavior, the TNR (trap, neuter, return) program, and the importance of veterinary care and vaccinations. In the future Michaela would love to increase her knowledge and work as veterinary technician. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her dog; Mordikye, sewing, and going to music shows and would one day love to live in New Orleans.

Administrative Staff

The purpose of our Administrative Staff is to provide a variety of analytical, evaluative, advisory, coordinating, supervisory, and technical functions in support of the The Cat Doctor and it’s mission.

Admin_Monique

Monique Manns – Practice Manager

Monique is a graduate of Harcum College’s Animal Center Management program. She’s had a passion for animal care since she was a young child when she and her sister would find and nurse back to health every injured dog, cat, bird, and even squirrel they encountered. Monique started as a veterinary technician at The Cat Doctor in 2009 and eventually found her calling as the practice manager making sure that the practice runs efficiently. She enjoys spending time with her human family and her crazy cats Corin, Noodle and Doyle.

Admin_Cherie

Cherie Abline – Client Communication Specialist/Media Administrator

Cherie has worked in the veterinary field for over a decade, and has been with The Cat Doctor family since 2016. Originally a preschool teacher, Cherie’s first exposure to the small animal world was when she volunteered at an animal shelter which inspired her to explore a new career path. She retired from teaching and has happily worked as a veterinary technician in general practice, emergency, and specialty hospitals. She now works mostly behind the scenes at The Cat Doctor communicating with and educating clients and helping with the daily operations of the practice. She lives with her husband along with her 7 rescue kitties who are either seniors or have special needs. In her personal time, she enjoys meditating, cinema and photography, music, yoga, cooking, and hiking.
